HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy is in good health, to the best of my knowledge. For the protection of Rockin' Ridge Bullies and the buyer, the buyer is required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pick up. If a licensed veterinarian does not see the puppy the health guarantees within our contract are null and void.
This puppy has a Six month health guarantee, from date of birth, that covers any known-to-be CONGENITAL (existing from birth) or GENETIC, LIFE- THREATENING PROBLEMS as determined by a licensed veterinarian. We do not guarantee your puppy against common colds or phnemoia, They are just like having a newborn baby and can catch colds for any reason. In the event that a problem is found, documentation and proof or evidence (lab tests, x-rays, necropsy if deceased) of the diagnosis must be presented from the determining vet, to Rockin' Ridge Bullies within 48 hours of discovery of said problem. Then the puppy must be sent back to us so our own vet, and come to the same conclusion upon examining the puppy. Only if both vets agree upon the diagnosis, will there be a replacement puppy. Original puppy must be returned to Rockin' Ridge Bullies with all original documentation, at buyers expense to qualify for an exchange puppy. If puppy dies within the three months, a necropsy, at buyers expense, must be performed and death found to be result of congenital defect for replacement puppy to be granted. Rockin' Ridge Bullies does not give refunds for any reason. Exchange of puppy will be granted if all guidelines are followed. AGAIN, THIS IS ONLY AFTER ORIGINAL PUPPY IS RETURNED.
Rockin' Ridge Bullies is not responsible for any injuries, expenses (Vet Bills), or costs that may be incurred upon the puppy after he/she leaves our hands.
Rockin' Ridge Bullies does not guarantee the ability of any puppy/dog to be a successful breeder as an adult nor do we guarantee fertility. Also we do not guarantee size/weight/height at maturity, color, ear structure, conformation and overall structure; however, we strive to breed for all of these to be at the highest level. All puppies are of pet quality.
COAT CONDITIONS VARY WITH DIFFERENT COLORS!
Some colors are more sensitive than others. At times, poor nutrition causes hair loss and/or dry skin. Also, stress and environmental factors the puppy may be exposed to after purchase, can cause such problems. Rockin' Ridge Bullies cannot guarantee the coat because of matters such as these.
NOTE: NONE of my Puppies nor Adults have ever exhibited any of these skin problems.
I have read and understand the above guarantee and information regarding this puppy guarantee and agree to this document in full. To validate your guarantee, this page must be signed and returned to us no later than 10 days after the puppy arrives. We must also receive a copy of your puppies vet visit that was made within the 48 hours after the puppies arrival.
